Espresso Pots

Get buzzing with these espresso pots! They are prefect if you’re in need of a pick me up or just love coffee, like me. They are also great to serve to guests after dinner as they can be made up to 2 hours in advance.

Instructions:

Step 1

Heat cream, sugar, coffee, vanilla bean paste and chocolate. 

Step 2

Allow to cool for 10 mins. 

Step 3

Soak gelatine in cold water. 

Step 4

Squeeze off excess water. 

Step 5

Stir into the mix. 

Step 6

Add to glasses. 

Step 7

Set for 1 hour. 

Serve with shaved chocolate or a dollop of whipped cream. 

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Graham’s double cream
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 25g demerara sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 sheets of gelatine
  • 50g dark chocolate
