Quark Quiche Lorraine
Great enjoyed hot or cold, this quiche recipe is sure to be loved by all the family.
Deliciously fresh, healthy and creamy gnocchi from Flora Shedden.
Add the gnocchi to a large pan of boiling water. Cook for 1 minute.
As the gnocchi begins to rise to the top, add the kale to the pan and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Drain well the drizzle with olive oil and season lightly. Whilst still hot stir in the Quark, parmesan and and lemon juice. Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to the pan. Stir through to combine then season to taste.
Serve immediately with another drizzle of oil and a little more parmesan.
400g fresh gnocchi
150g chopped kale (I use a mixture of black and curly)
150g Graham’s the Family Dairy Natural Quark
60g parmesan, finely grated
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp fresh herbs (parlsey, mint and oregano are good)
