- 200g Graham's Vanilla Quark
- 200g summer fruits, roughly chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cups granola
Take serving glasses and pop in 2 tbsp of Vanilla Quark, add a layer of granola, followed by a further 2 tbsp of Vanilla Quark. Repeat steps, ending with a layer of Vanilla Quark. Top each glass with chopped summer fruits.
Chill or serve straight away.
