Raspberry Mint & Lime Smoothie

Instructions:

Lip-smackingly zingy this makes a great start to any day; or the perfect drink to sip in the sunshine (if we ever get any in Scotland!!) in the back garden – summer in a glass!

Step 1

Place your Graham’s Raspberry Yogurt, pomegranate juice and lime juice into a blender.

Step 2

Gently tear the mint leaves and add to the mix.

Step 3

Add 4 ice cubes and whizz together until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

  • 300g Graham’s Raspberry Yogurt
  • 170g fresh (or frozen) raspberries
  • 100ml pomegranate juice
  • 6-8 large mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 4 ice cubes
