Quark Quiche Lorraine
Great enjoyed hot or cold, this quiche recipe is sure to be loved by all the family.
A quick and healthy lunchtime treat using naturally fat-free Quark.
Toast the bread.
Heat a frying pan and add the butter and oil, when frothing add the sliced mushrooms.
Cook for 3 mins until brown. Now add the garlic, thyme and season.
When it is all cooking nicely add the rocket, Quark and parsley. Toss together and spoon onto the toast.
These mushrooms would be lovely with a nice juicy steak!
