Breakfast should be a time savoured – there is something truly special about a decadent bowl of Scottish porridge first thing in the morning, it’s the perfect way to warm up before a chilly day on the farm.

Step 1

Place cream, milk and oats in a pan and stir until the porridge is cooked.

Step 2

Serve with some fruit and Italian honey.

Ingredients:

  • 150g porridge oats
  • 6fl oz Graham’s gold milk
  • 6fl oz Graham’s Double cream
