Blueberry Muffins

A great way to kick off your day. Blueberries are the superfood to boost brain power and to add to that, these light and fluffy muffins taste just delicious!

Ingredients: 

  • 365g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 130g sugar
  • 125g Graham's natural low fat yogurt
  • 125g Graham’s whole milk
  • 125g Graham’s unsalted butter, melted
  • 125g blueberries

Instructions: 

Step 1

Oven (180C for 12 min) - the ingredients have to be exactly as they are written, right down to the gram!

Step 2 

Mix together butter, yogurt, milk, eggs and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. 

Step 3

Pour the mixture into cases and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4 

Add the blueberries and pour into pastry. Dust with icing sugar.
