Lamb kebabs in smoked paprika and lemon yogurt

Lamb is one of our favourite meats on the BBQ as it retains its moisture and its strong flavour really stands up to the smoke.

Instructions:

Step 1

Cut the lamb in to inch cubes.

Step 2

Combine all the other ingredients in a deep bowl. Add the lamb chunks to the mix, cover and put in the fridge to marinate over night.

Step 3

When you’re ready to cook, thread the lamb on to skewers, and place on the hot BBQ for ten minutes.

Step 4

Serve with lemon wedges and salad, or buttered basmati rice. 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1kg Fillet end of leg or neck fillet of lamb
  • 300g Graham’s natural yogurt
  • 15g smoked paprika 
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbspn olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
