Strawberry and Matcha Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Makes 6 pancakes
Instructions:
- Add the above ingredients into a small food processor and blitz for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
- Leave to sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan with some sunflower oil on a low to medium heat. Spoon dollops of pancake batter onto the pan and allow to cook on one side for 3-4 minutes before flipping over and cooking the other side.
- Stack and serve with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients:
100g Graham’s strawberry protein cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp caster sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 medium egg
50g rolled oats
25g Graham’s whole milk
1/2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
