High protein foods and snacks, like high protein yogurt, are everywhere you look these days so it can be important to take a step back, consider what’s important to you about them and which products are right for you.
Why eat high protein foods?
First of all, a quick recap on why high protein foods are so popular. After all, it’s easy to get swept away by the hype, particularly when terms like ‘superfood’ are bandied around so easily. Protein’s not a fad though, it’s one of the essential nutrients that your body needs. It’s particularly important for your muscles, as they require protein for repair, maintenance and growth.

One thing that can be daunting about making a change to your diet is just that – change.
