Nothing says I love you more than cooking a lovely meal for your Mum and that’s what we’re planning on doing this Mother’s Day.
We’re hoping for some nice weather to enjoy a leisurely walk together before heading home for a family lunch. My mum’s got a bit of a sweet tooth so I’m planning on serving up a tasty treat from our friend Italian chef and owner of Continis, The Scottish Cafe and Canonball restaurants in Edinburgh, Carina Contini. Carina’s gorgeous dark valrhona chocolate mousse is so simple to make and tastes absolutely great with our Lemon Curd ice cream!
