Baking is a daily occurrence at Airthrey Kerse Farm, with warm scones and tea loaf straight from the Aga being firm favourites among our visitors. I have been known to make the odd mean pancake too!
We know that our customers choose Graham’s dairy products for their recipe ingredients and families enjoy baking together at home as a fun activity which is why we have joined forces with the lovely Great British Bake Off star James Morton and the Sunday Mail, to support his new weekly baking column.
Famed for his brave and maverick creations, as well as his fair Isle jumpers, James is sharing a baking recipe every Sunday. He’ll be covering everything from bread to biscuits and cup cakes to cheesecakes.
We’ll be publishing all James’s recipes on our website and would encourage you to try them at home then upload photos of your yummy creations.
Graham’s has more fun baking initiatives planned for 2013 and will keep you posted.
