Instructions:

  1. Drizzle the ciabatta slices with a little olive oil and then rub with the cut side of a garlic clove
  2. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and toast the bread on each side until lightly golden and crisp.
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese over the toasted bread and top each slice with a slice of Parma Ham.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction.

Ingredients:

4 Slices of Ciabatta

Olive Oil

200g Tub of Grahams Peach Protein Cottage Cheese

4 Slices Parma Ham/ Prosciutto

Balsamic Vinegar Reduction

Basil to Garnish
