Graham's Family Favourites - Scones

For us at the dairy, nothing quite beats a warm scone and a cup of tea in the morning! This recipe is so quick and easy to follow - anyone and everyone can get stuck in.

Ingredients: 

  • 40g Graham’s slightly salted butter
  • 225g self-raising flour
  • 25g caster sugar
  • An egg
  • Large pinch salt
  • 150ml Graham’s whole milk

Share this recipe:

Instructions: 

Step 1

Mix flour with salt and rub in butter.

Step 2

Mix in sugar, an egg and milk. 

Step 3

Turn onto a floured surface. 

Step 4

Knead lightly. 

Step 5

Cut out scones roughly 2cm thick. 

Step 6 

Brush tops with a little milk. 

Step 7 

Bake for 12 - 15 mins.
