- Large bag of tortilla chips
- Tin of refried beans
- Graham’s mild cheddar cheese – large chunk, grated
- Pickled jalapeno pepper – 4 peppers, sliced
- Jar of salsa
- Tub of guacamole
- Sour cream
- Coriander, chopped
Preheat oven to 175°C. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips along the bottom of a wide, shallow baking dish.
Top with refried beans and sprinkle with grated cheese and jalapeños.
Bake for 10 mins. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
Garnish with coriander and enjoy!
