Ingredients: 

½ chopped frozen banana

50g piece cucumber

60g spinach

½ granny smith apple

1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

juice of 1 lime

20g fresh mint

50ml water

50ml Graham’s Dairy natural yogurt

Instructions: 

Step 1

Add banana, cucumber, spinach, apple, ginger, lime juice, mint, water and yogurt to a blender.

Step 2

Whizz until smooth.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
