The Graham’s family has been dairy farming for over 80 years, and Grandma Isabella Graham used to make the fresh Scottish milk into rich, creamy butter in the farmhouse kitchen. She knew just the right length of time to churn the butter to give a taste and flavour like no other. Today, we use the same recipe today with natural, unrefined Isle of Skye Sea Salt for an extra special taste experience.
