Sue Lawrence to become Baking Agony Aunt for Graham’s The Family Dairy

If your scones haven’t risen or pastry’s crumbled then help is at hand.  Scottish baking guru, Sue Lawrence has teamed up with Graham’s The Family Dairy to help amateur bakers across the country by answering questions in an Agony Aunt style.  It is hoped that Sue’s advice, which will commence in September, can help bakers produce outstanding results time and time again.

Bakers with questions will be able to ask them via Graham’s website. The questions will then be collated and Sue will answer a selection of the best queries towards the end of every month.  Sue’s expertise is long standing having won the MasterChef title in 1991, she has since written a number of best-selling cookbooks and commented extensively on Scottish baking.

Sue enthused on becoming a new Graham’s baking specialist by saying: “Graham’s milk, cream and butter work wonderfully well in home baking.  I have since explored their cheese which is flavoursome and fantastic.  Having many years of experience helping home cooks, I feel in an ideal position to answer baking queries.  Hopefully I can help bakers produce great tasting, great looking baking on a regular basis.”

Sue will be joining Great British Bake Off star James Morton on the Graham’s bake team.  James already provides great baking recipes for keen bakers to try and maximise their tasty Graham’s products.

Carol Graham, Marketing Director at Graham’s added: “We are thrilled Sue Lawrence will be joining James Morton as part of the Graham’s baking team.  This excellent and experienced duo will be able to help consumers achieve great results from their Graham’s products and explore new ways of using them.”
