Royal Highland Show
This year we have two stands in the Food Hall at the Highland Show. Our stand showcasing the conventional and organic ranges will be on the theme of ‘meet the family’. So please come along, meet the family, meet our team of staff, and meet our farmers, as well as sampling our award winning products. Also during the show we will be running a competition in conjunction with the Nick Nairn cook school to win a day at the cook school and the new Cook School, cook book. Nick will also be on our stand on Sunday afternoon for a book signing.
On Friday 20th we are launching a range of Scottish creams, further details of which will be released on the 20th, so come and sample some delicious Scottish cream on Scottish strawberries.
Our second stand, is under wraps at the moment, and it’s unveiling will take place at 10.30am on Thursday 19th June. It is an ‘extra special’ product range, which we are all very excited about here, so please visit our ‘gallery’.
Graham’s Limousin
After three title and trophy winning years, finishing with a record breaking 2007, Dad has decided to retire Samy from the show ring as a champion. This year he has some younger cattle including a bull called Grahams Colossus and a young heifer, Grahams Carol, yes honestly. Dad says that she is an excellent heifer, and that is why he called her after me, so we shall see what happens in the judging ring! www.grahams-limousin.co.uk
Berrcihon du Cher
Dad has won the championship at the Highland show for the last two years with his Berrcihon du Cher sheep, and he will be showing again this year.
Butter Competition
Last year, and the first year in which we entered the butter competition, we won the highest award presented at the show, a bronze medal, and this year we are entering our full range of butters for the competition.
So, really alot happening at the show this year, and I hope you will be able to visit us.
