Baking your own breakfast cereal? Are you mad? No. This recipe is guaranteed to change many a breakfast-eating way and is made all the better when enjoyed with Graham’s milk.

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 160C (150C fan) and fish out a big roasting tray. If it isn’t non-stick, then lay down a sheet of baking paper.

Step 2

Into your tray, weigh out your oats, seeds, nuts, almonds and sugar, and mix them all together.

Step 3

Add in your apple juice and honey, and stir until it is of even wetness. I like to use my hands here.

Step 4

Bake for 20-40 minutes, depending on how oaty or crispy you want it. Be careful, it will burn VERY easily. Try to give it a stir every 5-10 minutes ago. I need to set regular alarms to stop me forgetting, as I’ve had so many batches of this burn.

Enjoy!
